Beardpilot® accept payment by Visa/Dankort, Visa, MasterCard and PayPal.
Payment will be deducted your account upon shipment of goods.
All amounts are in DKK and include VAT.
Beardpilot® will use encryption for credit card information through the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This ensures that others cannot intercept the credit card number or other information during the transaction with our provider.
Upon contacting our costumer service, you also have the option of paying via electronic bank transfer (Wire transfer): Nordea reg. nr.: 5501 account nr.: 4389742754. Your purchases will be shipped once we have registered your payment. Note! If paying by bank transfer you waive your rights under ”Indsigelsesordningen”.
Beardpilot® applies Danish law.
Beardpilot® will endeavour to ship orders received before 12:00 on the same day. Orders received after 12.00 will be shipped the following day.
Delivery to Denmark, Faroe Islands and Greenland
Beardpilot® arranges delivery through GLS & Post Danmark (unless otherwise noted). Timely delivery is depending on the postal provider. Any delays by Post Danmark or GLS can affect the requested delivery date. Beardpilot cannot accept responsibility for delays or errors caused by Post Danmark or GLS. In case of missing delivery, Beardpilot will process a replacement shipment free of charge.
Delivery to Bornholm and certain smaller islands are not part of the Post Danmark one day delivery objective, so delivery time can in certain cases vary.
Delivery is free for purchases above 300,00 DKK, and is 39,00 DKK within Denmark (does not apply to Greenland and the Faroe Islands).

Without circulation: Price 39,00 DKK. Collect your shipment at the GLS parcel shop nearest to you.
With circulation: Price +19 DKK. Your shipment will be delivered to your home address.
Business: Price 39,00 DKK.
You can check the status of your shipment through the Track & Trace number received at time of purchase.
For shipments with circulation, Post Danmark or GLS, will send a sms or e-mail advising that the parcel is en-route or ready for collection. For shipments without circulation, the receiver will be advised when the parcel is ready for collection.
Beardpilot® arranges delivery through GLS (unless otherwise noted). GLS is responsible for the shipment from their receipt (through receipt or scanning) and until delivery. Delivery within Europe is usually 24 to 96 hours. GLS deliver during normal business hours Monday to Friday. Delivery time for rest of the world are on a case-by-case basis please contact costumer service for more information at email@example.com.
Delivery Europe: Price varies from country to country.
Delivery rest of world: If not indicated at the checkout please contact costume service at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You can check the status of your shipment through the Track & Trace number received at time of shipment.
You may return your purchase within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided you return the goods in the same state and amount as received. Once we have received and approved the return, we will credit the purchase price to your account within 14 days. You shall cover shipment cost for returns.
Cancellation requests shall be sent by email to email@example.com, clearly indicating that you wish to exercise your cancellation rights. This shall be sent no later than 14 days after the purchase and the goods shall be shipped back within 14 days as well.
You may not exercise your cancellation rights by refusing delivery without notifying us directly as well.
Condition of returns
We only accept unopened items in original packing as returns, and they must be properly packed for shipment.
Conditions, besides what is mentioned above, means that the goods will be considered used, and no refunds will apply.

Right of complaint
Beardpilot® two years right of complaint against defects according to EU regulations. This covers defects from manufacture discovered through normal use. The right of complaint does not cover defects, damage or wear caused directly or indirectly by incorrect use, poor maintenance or use of force. Complaints about defects, which should be discovered during normal inspection, must be reported to Beardpilot® within reasonable time. The goods can then be returned for replacement or if agreed for credit. Beardpilot® will cover reasonable cost for returns due to approved defects.

Please note that we do not accept collect on delivery shipments. Goods can be delivered personally at our premises, if agreed upon with costumer service. To expedite the refund process we request that returned goods contain sufficient information, such as order confirmation, any correspondence and account information.
In the case of agreed discounts, returned goods or cancelled prepaid goods, Beardpilot® will reimburse the paid amount in full or partly. Reimbursements can be processed to the credit card used for payment or to a bank account provided by you.
All personal information on our costumers, such as e-mails, can nor will at any point be handed to a third party. We will not only protect your beard but also your info.
